A historic site's busy schedule is continuing with everything from a car boot sale to a Star Wars day.
There’s lots to enjoy at the Heugh Battery Museum on the Headland. Next on the way is the car boot sale on July 17. Sellers should arrive by 8am and buyers by 9am. It closes at 12pm.
Bookings being taken now for pitches at the museum and they cost £5 per car or £3 per table. Entry is 50 pence payable on the door. The museum re-opens at 1pm to visitors.
Museum manager Diane Stephens said: “We are looking for volunteers to help out on the reception and in the café at the museum.”
Also on the way is a treasure hunt on Friday, August 12, for people aged over 16. Diane explained more. “As teams search the museum for clues to answer the questions which will lead them to the final hidden treasure, they will have to avoid the Zombies roaming the museum.”
