LIAM Cammock knew professional boxing was not going to be easy.

And he will find out just how hard at the Borough Hall tomorrow night.

The Horden boxer, part of the Gus Robinson Developments team, will take on one of boxing’s most awkward fighters, Matt Seawright.

The Tamworth veteran has made making opponents look bad an art form, as Cammock is well aware.

“I’ve been studying him,” said the 20-year-old, who made a successful debut in March against Mick Mills.

“He boxed [team-mate] Anth Hardy at the Stadium of Light and I know a lot about him.

“I must try not to rush in and make mistakes.

“I’ve worked on stuff in the gym and I think we’ve got the tactics to counter-act Seawright.”

Cammock will be cheered on by almost 100 fans at the Headland venue with more buying tickets all the time.

“I think I’ll have somewhere between 70 and 100 people there supporting me,” he said.

“I’ve boxed at the Borough Hall before as an amateur and the atmosphere that time was brilliant, so I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like tomorrow night.

“I’ve been watching some Michael Hunter stuff on You Tube and it looks and sounds unreal.”
