‘Cheers, thank you,’ ‘best wins of the season’ – Hartlepool United fans praise Dagenham & Redbridge following 2-1 Good Friday win

Hartlepool United continued their promotion push with a 2-1 Good Friday win over Dagenham & Redbridge at Victoria Park.

Saturday, 3rd April 2021, 12:30 pm

Goals from Rhys Oates and Gavan Holohan cancelled out Matthew Robinson’s goal for the visitors and helped Pools continue their fine run of form in the National League.

It’s now 12 unbeaten for Dave Challinor’s side, who have also won 10 out of their last 11 games at The Vic.

They currently sit second in the table, two points behind leaders Sutton United who have three games in hand, six points ahead of Torquay United in third and 16 points inside the play-off places with nine games remaining.
