Sub-zero temperatures at the Chigwell Construction Stadium prompted a Friday lunchtime pitch inspection that deemed the pitch playable.

But just over 24-hours later, the same pitch was declared frozen by the match officials and the game was postponed an hour before kick-off with Pools already at the ground.
