Pools completed the loan signing of Magloire from Championship side Blackburn Rovers in November but that is due to expire this month, while Bunney’s short-term deal is coming to an end as well.

Pools moved for 21-year-old centre-back Magloire after injuries to first-choice centre-back pair Gary Liddle and Timi Odusina.

Meanwhile, Bunney signed a short term deal at Pools four weeks ago and completed the full 90-minutes in Monday’s 1-0 win at Notts County after coming into the side in place of the injured David Ferguson.

Ahead of the weekend trip to face FC Halifax Town, Challinor has been discussing the duo.

Challinor told the Mail: “We need to have a chat with them and certainly from a loan perspective, chat with the clubs and see where they’re at but we’ve got to see where we’re at too.

"It would be great to say we want to keep everybody but we’ve got to look at where we need to improve and whether we’ve got too many players in certain positions.

"There are people out of the squad at the moment and it’ll be great to keep everyone but we have to be realistic with what we’ve got.

"We’ll see where we go with it but I can’t praise them enough based on what they’ve done while they’ve been here,” added the Pools boss.

Pools are second in the National League.
