And Challinor has made it clear to his Pools squad for everyone to be firing on all cylinders as they will need to be ready to take their chance as and when the opportunity arises, with fringe players likely to get more game time given the hectic demand of the schedule.
Challinor told the Mail: “It’s tough, you have to anticipate how teams are going to line up and you want to keep as settled a squad as possible.
"With games and the amount we’ve got coming up, everyone is going to have to be used and needed.

"You then see were the flow of the game goes and how you can change that.
"There are some disappointed players because they all want to play.
"Over the next month with 10 games, I’d be very lucky to be able to name the same team every game.

Pools head into their free weekend on the back of the victory over Yeovil last week.
Pools were set to host Stockport County at Victoria Park this weekend but the match has been rearranged to take place on Tuesday, December 22 (6pm kick-off) due to The Hatters’ FA Cup second round commitments at home to Yeovil Town.
