Hartlepool United will face a trip to Oxford if they can beat Exeter City in the FA Cup – and fans have been left underwhelmed.

Hartlepool came from two goals down to earn a draw at Exeter of League Two on Sunday and now face a second-round replay at Victoria Park on Tuesday, December 10.

The winners will face a high-flying Oxford side who are sixth in League One.

Third round fixtures are scheduled to take place across the first weekend of 2020 from Friday, January 3 to Monday January 6.

Last season Pools were knocked out of the competition by League One side Gillingham in a first-round replay.
