GAME ON: Hartlepool United's National League match against Wealstone passes pitch inspection

The match is set to take place at 3pm on Saturday afternoon as sub-zero overnight temperatures led Pools to arrange an 8:30am pitch inspection.

With frost covers in place at Victoria Park, the surface was deemed playable following the early morning inspection and the game would go ahead.

It will be both Hartlepool and Wealdstone’s first competitive game of 2021 and first competitive meeting between the sides ever.
