Hartlepool United announce seventh summer signing as Mason Bloomfield joins from Norwich City
The 23-year-old spent last season on loan at League Two side Crawley Town, scoring four goals in 24 appearances in all competitions.
Current Hartlepool manager Dave Challinor also agreed a loan deal to bring Bloomfield to his former club AFC Fylde during the 2018-19 campaign before a broken wrist limited the forward to just a single appearance for the Coasters.

Despite his relatively young age, Bloomfield has played for 13 different clubs across England and Scotland, totalling 27 goals in 127 appearances.
And after Aidan Keena’s transfer to Falkirk was confirmed on Wednesday, Challinor is pleased to have boosted his frontline so quickly.
“Mason is a top player who I’ve worked with before, he was very unlucky with an arm injury when we had him at Fylde, he didn’t get the opportunity to show what he can do but I am excited for him,” he told the club website.
