Hartlepool United extend loan deal of Hull City winger Tyler Hamilton
Hartlepool United have extended the loan deal of Hull City winger Tyler Hamilton.
Hamilton will now remain at Victoria Park for a further month after his loan deal from the Championship outfit was extended.
The winger, who turned 21 on Sunday, joined Pools on loan in December and has since made seven appearances for the club.
Hamilton scored on his full debut for Pools in the FA Trophy at Harrogate Town before coming off the bench to set up Mark Kitching’s winning goal against Dagenham & Redbridge just before Christmas.
A club statement read: “Pools boss Dave Challinor was keen to keep the youngster in his squad and a deal has now been done with his parent club which means he will stay at The Vic until the start of next month.”
Pools, beaten 4-1 by Oxford United in the FA Cup third round on Saturday, host Eastleigh on Tuesday night.
