Here's how the Pools players - including a whole host of trialists - rated. What do you make of our marks?
13. Campbell Darcy: 6
Looked calm and mature despite one or two loose balls. Photo: Adam Cook/The Corner Photography
14. Tom Parkes: 6
Was caught out once 10 minutes into the second half but doubled his side's lead late on with a powerful header into the roof of the net. Photo: Adam Cook/The Corner Photography
15. Trialist: 5
Rumoured to be former Liverpool, Newport and Swindon man Jake Cain, did well enough on Tuesday night even if he was a bit tentative but struggled on Saturday. Looks like a tidy footballer and always tries to do the right thing, although doesn't appear to be the most dynamic and didn't make much of an impression. Photo: Adam Cook/The Corner Photography
16. Kian Foreman: 6
Was quieter than on Tuesday evening but still showed a few flashes of promise. Forced a save from Shane Bland late on following an impressive driving run that sliced open Whitby's retreating back line. Photo: Adam Cook/The Corner Photography
