Hartlepool are looking to quickly put behind them Saturday’s defeat at Aldershot Town and move back towards the top seven of the National League table having slipped down to 11th at the weekend.
And Askey has made two changes from that side who were beaten in Hampshire as Harrogate Town loanee Mattock is handed his Pools debut.

Hide AdMattock joined the club on a one-month loan deal from the League Two side and comes into the defence in place of Onariase who is left out of Askey’s starting line-up for the first time this season.
Mattock is one of two defensive changes as Charlie Seaman returns to the side.
Seaman is set to operate in the right wing-back role with Luke Hendrie moving inside and Alex Lacey the anchor of the three central defenders.
Askey has left his midfield three and front two as they were against Aldershot with Emmanuel Dieseruvwe starting against his former side.
