The match will be broadcast live on BT Sport 1 on Saturday, May 1 at a slightly later kick-off time of 5:20pm.

It is the fifth time Pools will have been shown on BT Sport so far this season following the home defeat against Torquay, abandoned match at Eastleigh and the recent home wins against Barnet and Notts County.

Hartlepool currently sit top of the National League table and will host a Chesterfield side who have shot into promotion contention under new manager James Rowe.

The Spireites are seventh, 15 points behind Pools in the table but with four games in hand. As a result, the May bank holiday weekend match could prove to be crucial in both sides’ quest for a Football League return.

Due to BT Sport’s broadcasting rights, no club live stream will be available for this match.
