As previously outlined by manager Dave Challinor and the club, Pools have decided to vote in favour of the National League season continuing as planned. The club have also voted in favour of resolution one where National League clubs decide the outcome of their own division only.
Should resolution one pass, Pools’ vote to continue the season will not impact the National League North and South divisions where the majority of the clubs want to see the season declared null and void.

Should resolution one pass, 12 out of 23 National League clubs would have to vote for the season to continue in order for it to come to fruition.
A club statement read: “Earlier this week, the club received resolutions from the National League to consider the outcome of the 2020/21 season.
“We have previously set out our position on wanting the league to continue, but for clarity we would like to make it clear to our supporters as to how we voted this week.
“Resolution 1 – vote FOR this resolution – we want clubs to decide the outcome of their own divisions.
