As previously outlined by manager Dave Challinor and the club, Pools have decided to vote in favour of the National League season continuing as planned. The club have also voted in favour of resolution one where National League clubs decide the outcome of their own division only.

Should resolution one pass, Pools’ vote to continue the season will not impact the National League North and South divisions where the majority of the clubs want to see the season declared null and void.

Resolution one requires a 75-per-cent majority in order to pass while resolutions two and four, which Pools voted against, required a 50-per-cent majority. Should resolution one pass, 12 out of 23 National League clubs would have to vote for the season to continue in order for it to come to fruition.
