Our Pools writer, Dominic Scurr, has dished out his marks after the showing at the Shay – with some low numbers. Scroll down and click through the pages to see how he rated the individual performances:
5. Romoney Crichlow-Noble - 6
Put some good balls in from the left and proved to be a good attacking outlet though questions remain defensively. An improvement. Photo: FRANK REID 2019
6. Gus Mafuta - 6
Battled well and broke the play down as Halifax looked to attack. Arguably Pools’ best player once again. Photo: Mark Fletcher
7. Jason Kennedy - 5
Caught in possession a few times but looked more lively in and out of possession in an attempt to link play up. Photo: Mark Fletcher
8. Liam Noble - 6
Picked out a few clever passes but they were few and far between. Hit the crossbar from the edge of the box with a deflected effort. Photo: Mark Fletcher
