It's safe to say a lot has changed at Victoria Park since then. Four years on from one of the greatest days in the club's history, we've taken a look at where the members of the promotion-winning squad have ended up.
13. Ryan Donaldson
Donaldson, who was the club captain in the promotion-winning campaign, turned down a new deal at Pools in the summer of 2021 to sign for Morpeth. He went on to make 100 appearances for the Highwaymen before spending six months at Blyth Spartans. He signed for Northern Premier League Division One East side Ashington in January.
