Hartlepool United fans will fondly remember the end of the 2014/15 season where, despite the odds stacking-up against them, Pools fought back to stave off relegation to the National League.
Safety was secured after a 2-1 win over Exeter City at Victoria Park, with Pools players, staff and fans celebrating on the full-time whistle.
