After seeing off Brackley and Yeovil Town, Pool will make the journey down to St. James’ Park to face an Exeter side currently competing for promotion from the fourth tier.
Pools go into the game four games unbeaten under new manager Dave Challinor. Last time out they thrashed Chesterfield 5-1 at the Proact Stadium thanks to braces from Gus Mafuta and Gime Toure as well as another from in-form forward Luke James.

17. SUB - Luke Williams
The game may come slightly too soon for Williams as he nurses a hamstring injury but the seven available places on the bench could see Challinor name him regardless given the side's current injury situation. | Other 3rd Party Photo: Thomas Banks

18. SUB - Brook Miller
The two additional spots on the bench could see Pools name one of their youngsters as a substitute for the big match. Brook Miller has been in and around the first team set-up this season and could potentially be given the nod should Challinor opt to name no back-up goalkeeper. | Other 3rd Party Photo: HUFC
