Our Boro writer Joe Nicholson takes a closer look at the division’s winners and losers from the last few days. There may not have been as many goals, but there was certainly plenty of drama. Scroll down and flick through our picture gallery to see who shone and who struggled in the second tier:

The Baggies are the only unbeaten side in the Championship after coming from behind to beat bottom of the table Huddersfield Town 4-2. "It was a very good performance, especially in the second half. I am not happy with the way we were at times in the first half," said West Brom boss Slaven Bilic. Photo: Laurence Griffiths

Marcelo Bielsa's side remain top of the Championship but let two points slip after conceding in the 90th minute during a 1-1 draw with Derby. The Whites have won all four Championship away games this season but have surprisingly won just one of their four league fixtures at Elland Road, conceding in the final 13 minutes on three separate occasions. Boro's captain has made just one Championship appearance this season and is now set for a few months on the sidelines to recovery from a surgery to heal a ruptured tendon. Photo: Tony Marshall

The Addicks have now suffered back-to-back defeats following a 2-0 defeat at home to Wigan. Manager Lee Bowyer said: "That's the worst we've played since I've been in charge - certainly the first 45 minutes anyway. We were so bad, we couldn't put three passes together." Photo: Julian Finney
