And Pools face another tough test in Lincoln City this afternoon looking to make it to the third round of the competition for just the second time in six years.
Pools beat League One side Wycombe Wanderers in a first round replay to get to this stage and new manager Lee will now get the chance to see his side in action from the dugout for the first time since his arrival this week.
And Lee has made nine changes to the side who won 3-0 at Sheffield Wednesday this week including a return to the squad for Luke Molyneux.
