MATCH OFF: FC Halifax Town v Hartlepool United match postponed due to frozen pitch

The rearranged fixture will now have to be rearranged again after the referee deemed the pitch at The Shay frozen following a pre-match inspection.

An afternoon inspection was arranged and cancelled at 1pm as the pitch was deemed playable. But following a drop in temperature on Tuesday evening, the match officials called the game off at 5:45pm due to a frozen pitch.
