and live on Freeview channel 276
Boro boss Neil Warnock said the 24-year-old former Arsenal frontman was his No.1 target, and many are happy the deal has been completed.
Some have expressed concerns about Akpom’s goal scoring record, though, after the frontman netted 18 goals in 79 appearances during his two years at PAOK.

Hide AdAkpom becomes Boro’s fourth signing of the transfer window and supporters now feel the squad needs more creativity to supply their frontmen.
Here’s how some fans reacted to the signing on social media:
@TeessiderTim: Young, hungry and loads of potential
@Dazzer85: His goalscoring stats are shocking and will have to improve massively. Why have we paid £3m for a unproven CF when we have missed out on so many players that would have offered a lot more and cost a lot less
@Smithy_MFC84: Certainly has the technical ability, just hope he hits the ground running, finds some consistency and adds to what we have.

Hide Ad@Wardy5994: Genuinely happy with this, regardless of his previous goal scoring record I think Warnock and co will get the best out of him you know. Just need another 2 players who can create him the chances
@LazyShadow2: I’m hopeful about this lad, Boro fans complaining about his goals record is tragic. We can’t afford Aubameyang mate. Give him some confidence & get someone in who can create chances & he might surprise a lot of people!
@JackPears93: Now for a new midfield, some creativity and pace and we'll be alright
@mfc_1: Please do not add yourself to the long list of strikers who arrive and Boro and suddenly find they have forgotten how to kick a ball!

@rhysmfc_: Welcome Chuba Akpom. To a great future with Warnock at the wheel
@RobSc0tt: I've gone from "He's got a bit to prove. I'll give him a chance" to "He's better than Thierry Henry" as soon as he held that shirt up.
