6. L: Lee Tomlin
The former Boro man was inexplicably sent off in Cardiff's goalless draw at Blackburn. The playmaker received a second yellow card for an elbow on Sam Gallagher. Photo: Charlotte Tattersall
7. W: Wayne Rooney
Rooney's stunning late free-kick gave Derby their first league win of the season after Teemu Pukki's penalty miss for Norwich. "I'm so pleased with this win. Luck will come your way if you deserve it, and I think today we deserved it," said Rams boss Phillip Cocu after the match. Photo: Alex Pantling
8. L: Daniel Farke
It's now two straight defeats for Norwich who were once again without midfielder Todd Cantwell in the 1-0 defeat by Derby. The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to Leeds, yet manager Daniel Farkeinsisted there was no subplot to Cantwell's latest absence. “I will turn my mobile off for a few days and hope and pray there is no calls,” he said.
