Middlesbrough beat Swansea 1-0 at the Riverside Stadium in their opening match of the new Championship season - but how did each player fare for Rob Edwards’ side?
After a goalless first half, Dael Fry headed home the winner six minutes after the restart following Morgan Whittaker’s in-swinging corner.
Here’s how each Boro player fared:

5. Callum Brittain - 6
Steady debut from Boro’s new signing. Understandably had a few heavy touches but looked to exploit space on the flank and deliver the ball into the box when the opportunity arose. 6 | Getty Images

6. Aiden Morris - 7
Full of energy in Boro’s engine room and positioned himself well to receive the ball. Calm in possession, even when a few heavy tackles were flying in. 7 | Getty Images

7. Hayden Hackney - 6
Returned to the starting XI after transfer interest from Ipswich and a minor injury setback. Steady on the ball against a Swansea side which was compact in the first half. Switched to a more advanced position in the closing stages. 6 | Getty Images

8. Sammy Silvera - 7
Was Boro’s brightest attacking player in the first half with some probing runs down the left from wing-back. Wasn’t as influential after the break but still helped create some promising openings. 7 | Getty Images
