Warnock didn’t go into detail about what happened but Bolasie has admitted that all parties made mistakes.
Speaking to the Athletic, Bolasie said: “I know the manager and called him myself because I didn’t want to be here picking my nose.
“It would have been a good fit because I knew the manager and some of the players. I know what Neil has done in the past with the likes of myself and Adel Taarabt.
