Boro fans were quick to react to the team news on social media – offering mixed views on Warnock’s selection decisions.

Here are some of the responses:

@smoggyontour86: Front three is questionable here

@ThomasPeacock_: Looking forward to seeing what Browne can offer UTB

@HarryPattison3: Browne masterclass incoming.

@THEREALBORO: This was an ideal match for Roberts to start, very disappointing to say the least

@4TheLoveOfBoro: Delighted to see Browne getting a game. Change it up at the top end of the pitch a bit. Definitely a good shout that from NW.

@LengofRichardll: Watmore on bench? Why?

@Nigelglenn5: Correct decision for me.... we gave Watmore the platform to play and offered him a contract & now he is looking at his options which is fine & his prerogative but we should play people who want to be here…

@MichaxlP: Browne is what Boro fans think Roberts is

@kieranjcrossman: Tav deservedly back in the side, excited to see what Browne can do after his loan

@TerryBywater07: Will we see Roberts today ? Good to see Browne back though. Akpom brace incoming. Saville must get involved today
