Here’s how some fans reacted to the team news on social media:

@DeadlyDijksteel: Perfect team that. Feeling optimistic

@studdy2k: Very strong line up! Hall was very decent in the week, but with him coming back from injury probs makes sense not to play twice in 5 days!

@jakemmfc: Great starting XI! Looking forward to seeing that front 3 in action today. Harsh for Hall to be dropped after a good midweek performance but he's only just back and Fry has been quality this season

@DRCongoWill: Harsh on hall BUT DAELLLLLL

Middlesbrough fans.Middlesbrough fans.
Middlesbrough fans.

@tom_mcgarry17: Can have zero complaints with this and hopefully Fry’s return can make us a lot more solid at the back. Cannot afford to start slowly if we want any chance of getting anything from this

@BoroErimus: The lighthouse returns

@Boro_Brick_Road: Happy with that line up

@naywilson96: Like that a lot, come on the boys

@will_hill13: Spot on selection
