Middlesbrough went back to the top of the Championship with a 2-1 win over Ipswich Town at the Riverside - but how did each player fare for Rob Edwards’ side?
During an end-to-end first half, Boro keeper Sol Brynn saved George Hirst’s penalty when the game was still goalless. The hosts then took the lead when Delano Burgzorg’s low cross went in off Town defender Cedric Kipre just before half time.
Edwards’ men went further ahead when Morgan Whittaker converted his first Boro goal, before Dara O’Shea pulled one back for the visitors.
Here’s how each Boro player fared:

5. Matt Targett - 7
Another impressive display at left-back. Defended well against Ipswich’s talented attackers and didn’t panic in possession when he received the ball in tight areas in his own half. 7 | Getty Images

6. Alan Browne - 8
Assured performance as he slotted into Boro’s midfield. Made smart decisions in possession and plugged gaps in front of his side’s defence. Always seemed to be in the right positions. 8 | Getty Images

7. Hayden Hackney - 9
An immense midfield performance against the side which tried to sign him in the summer. Helped drive the team forward as the game became end to end. Was all action covering all areas of the pitch both in and out of possession. 9 | Getty Images

8. Delano Burgzorg - 8
Took his chance to impress with a really bright display. Helped stretch Ipswich’s backline on the left flank with his pace and dribbling ability. Was rewarded when his low cross went in off Ipswich defender Cedric Kipre. 8 | Getty Images
