Middlesbrough were beaten by a stoppage-time winner against Portsmouth at the Riverside - but how each player fare for Kim Hellberg’s side?
After dominating possession all afternoon, the hosts were beaten when Portsmouth forward Conor Chaplin scored in the seventh minute of stoppage time.
Here’s how each Boro player fared:
1. Sol Brynn - 5
Hardly had anything to do as Portsmouth offered little going forward. Was wrongfooted in the final minute of stoppage time after a long-range effort. 5 | Getty Images
2. Callum Brittain - 5
Switched to left-back in the second half after Matt Targett was replaced at the break. Wasn’t able to get forward as much and pose as much of an attacking threat. 5 | Getty Images
3. Adilson Malanda - 6
Looked comfortable for the most part and positioned himself well to cut out the few crosses into the Boro box. 6 | Getty Images
4. Dael Fry - 6
Returned to the side and won most of his aerial duels. Posed some threat in the opposition box, yet Boro couldn’t capitalise from corners. 6 | George Wood/Getty Images
