Hide AdHuddersfield boss Carlos Corberan told the club’s website: “Physically he has a different profile to the strikers we already have in attack and it can help to increase the offensive versatility of the team.
“He has been training with a professional team in France from September until he made the journey to England, which means he should be in a better physical condition. He will still need a little time, and we will work with him to make him ready to help the team in the last part of the season.”
Woodgate on abuse at Boro
Former Boro boss Jonathan Woodgate says he received lots of vile abuse while in charge of the Teessiders last season.
The 41-year-old has since taken over at Bournemouth until the end of the season and is hoping to win promotion with the Cherries.

Hide Ad“When I have been at different clubs, especially Middlesbrough last year, I suffered a lot of vile abuse from the public and keyboard warriors,” said Woodgate.
“I don't mind if a fan is constructive in his criticism, no problem at all. When they start being vile and abusive then it is not nice.
“But I have been in football since I was 17. I love football and leading a team. It is stressful but something I really enjoy.”
Wood targeting Sunderland win
Finally, Boro defender Nathan Wood wants to get one over on Sunderland this weekend.

Hide AdThe 18-year-old centre-back, who is on loan at Crewe, has started the Alex’s last two games ahead of a trip to the Stadium of Light.
“Obviously with the rivalry with Boro, it would be great to play against Sunderland and get one over them,” Wood told Crewe’s website.
"It would be fantastic game to be involved in and it just a shame that the fans won’t be there to make it an incredible atmosphere inside the stadium. "
