Middlesbrough FC transfer rumours: Boro battling with Nottingham Forest, Derby and Swansea for targets - including ex-Liverpool man
"We lost five or six players and we've only signed one, we're trying to catch up and it's difficult in the current market," Warnock told talkSPORT on Thursday.
"Normally you don't worry too much, you just get on with it. Because I want everything done yesterday, you want to be setting off the season on the front foot, really.

Defensive midfielder linked
Warnock has said he wants to improve the spine of his team this summer, and reports have emerged linking defensive midfielder Dan Glazer to Teesside.
According to a news outlet in Israel, Boro have ‘begun negotiations’ with Maccabi Tel Aviv over a potential move for the 23-year-old.
The report claims Maccabi Tel Aviv want €4million for the 23-year-old, while Boro have submitted an initial bid of around half that amount.

Boro will also be hoping to bolster their attacking options for next season after the Teessiders finished as the Championship’s lowest scorers last campaign.
A lack of natural wingers has hindered Boro over the last two years, so it’s no surprise to see them linked with a player like Newcastle’s Jacob Murphy.
Reports this week have claimed a host of Championship clubs, including Boro, Derby and Nottingham Forest, have enquired about a loan move for the 25-year-old who scored nine goals while on loan at Sheffield Wednesday last season.
Another new name emerges
Finally, Boro are also said to be battling it out with Swansea for former Liverpool midfielder Kevin Stewart, according to Sky Sports.
