Middlesbrough are less than three weeks away from returning to Championship action as they host West Brom in their season opener.
Chris Wilder’s side will be eager to enjoy a successful campaigin after narrowly missing out on promotion in May and are continuing to delve into the market to improve their squad.
They have so far brought in Darragh Lenihan and Liam Roberts on frees, while Ryan Giles has joined from Wolves on loan.
Boro are still on the look out for a striker however, with Andraz Sporar, Aaron Connolly and Folarin Balogun all returning to their parent clubs.
