Warnock was forced to name a weakened side at Brentford last Saturday after a number of first-team members tested positive for the virus last Monday.
Those players have now completed their ten-day isolation period and could return for this weekend’s game against Birmingham at the Riverside.

"We will have a look today how they are but overall they have all come back really well.”
When asked if he’s concerned about the potential long-term impacts of the virus which have affected other clubs, Warnock replied: “No, not really. At the moment they are all shaping up well.
"The IT guys have been monitoring their fitness and they have been working to a very good level so we've just got to have fingers crossed really.”

Hide AdBoro will be without Marcus Browne for Saturday’s game after the winger was forced off with a knee injury during the game at Brentford.
The 23-year-old will see a consultant on Friday to discover the full extent of the issue, yet Warnock admitted it didn’t look too good.
Defender Grant Hall remains sidelined with a thigh issue he suffered in November, while Ashley Fletcher is still working his way back from a hamstring injury.
Warnock said midfielder Jonny Howson could return against Birmingham, though, following a month out with a hamstring injury.
