Most teams are set to return for pre-season training at the start of July as they prepare to play their first friendly matches ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
Middlesbrough will play their first pre-season match against Bishop Aukland on Wednesday July 14, when the Euros has reached its conclusion.
Boro will hope they have made some more signings by then, with manager Neil Warnock looking to add around six or seven new players to his squad before the transfer window concludes at the end of August.
While most players playing at the Euros will be out of Boro’s price range, there are some names which could interest the Teessiders.
