Britt Assombalonga and Lewis Wing have both been recalled to the starting XI following Wednesday’s 1-0 win over Luton, with Chuba Akpom and Duncan Watmore dropping to the bench.

Warnock has named nine substitutes but that does include two goalkeepers and not playmaker Patrick Roberts.

The Boro boss did admit the 23-year-old could return to parent club Manchester City after starting just three games this season.
