The free agents Middlesbrough, Swansea and Birmingham could target this month

Middlesbrough had a solid January transfer window, bringing in the likes of Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Darnell Fisher, as manager Neil Warnock continues to build his own side at the Riverside Stadium capable of pushing for the play-off places this season.

While Boro can't buy or loan any new players until the summer, they could still bring in a free agent or two, should they wish to bolster their squad further. Here's a look at some of the intriguing options still out there, who could yet be picked up:
