Transfer news: Middlesbrough striker extends loan spell as he continues development at Darlington

Middlesbrough striker Tyrone O’Neill has extended his loan spell at National League North club Darlington until the end of January.

O’Neill has made seven appearances for the Quakers this season, scoring twice, and played 24 times for the club in total following a loan spell last term.

The 21-year-old was recalled by Boro early during his previous stint at Darlington and made his Championship debut against Leeds.
