'Warnock has turned him into a real talent': Middlesbrough fans praise ex-Charlton man after Brentford draw

The result means Boro have gone ten games unbeaten and have conceded just once in seven games.

Manager Neil Warnock has earned plenty of praise for the way he’s transformed a side which was fighting to avoid relegation last term.

It’s been noticeable how well organised Boro’s defence has become, with full-backs Anfernee Dijksteel and Marc Bola showing significant improvements.

The pair joined Boro from Charlton and Blackpool respectively in the summer of 2019 but struggled to adapt in the Championship.

Just over a year later, they are key members of the division’s tightest defence.
