Here are some of the responses:

@theonlyindieboy: If only we had some games coming up against those around us to....erm. We need miracles at home to Leeds and Forest this week

@Smithy_MFC84: The last three games have yielded one solitary point. No excuses, not good enough, downright inexcusable. Woodgate rightly takes his fair share of the flak, and whilst team selection has been inconsistent, the players have a lot more to offer than what we’ve seen of late.

@GraemeBandeira: I’m commenting on what I saw today and that was unacceptable. Utter garbage. Man of the match was Coulson and he played ten minutes. Baffled as to what is going on behind the scenes. Something fundamentally wrong! Sort it and quick!

@Steve___Brown: Boro are going down under golden boy Woodgate. Said it all season! That team is top half as an absolute minimum and he can’t get a tune from them. League 1 is happening trust me

@AndrewE62646560: Love Woodgate and want him to succeed more than anything, but if anyone was in any illusions that we weren’t in a relegation fight, they surely aren’t anymore. Thought that performance was an insult to all the fans that made the effort! What a disgrace!

@DannyTaylorDT: All season I’ve been arguing that Woodgate needs time, I thought we’d always end up finishing comfortably mid table and have another clear out in the summer. But now I genuinely think we are going to get relegated to league one

@ben8wade: Mid-table / bottom half was expected I think, but genuine relegation chance probably not. Lack of investment for sure but there should be enough there to not be going down, woodgate gets it wrong tactically so often its unreal

@HapkidoTeesside: Just no defending these @Boro results any more. The last 3 games we should have been walking away with 7, maybe 9 points. To have earned just 1 point is not acceptable. I wanted Woodgate to be successful and players need to take responsibility but something needs to change

@justcalledtosay: If Woodgate had no affiliation with Middlesbrough, would be still be manager?

@MartynTownsend6: Woodgate has to go now his decision making is unbelievable leaving our 2 best full backs wing backs 1 on bench other no in squad. Gerstade as a sub coming he would not get a game else where

@huntyhouse: We have Woodgate and Keane. Yet Boro can neither defend nor attack. Just shows, players don't always make coaches.
