Here’s how the players rated after Pools brought another season to a close with a pulsating 4-3 win over relegated Dorking:

5. Louis Stephenson: 7
Did pretty well defensively and provided plenty of pace and energy in an attacking sense down the right flank. Photo: Mark Fletcher

6. Nicky Featherstone: 6
Pools were overrun at times in midfield and the skipper struggled to stem the tide, although he grew into the game and made a number of telling defensive contributions, while remaining typically tidy on the ball, as the contest wore on. Photo: Frank Reid

7. Tom Crawford: 7
As ever, full of running and won a number of tackles although he was unable to help the visitors dominate in midfield. Had an important hand in Pools' third goal of the afternoon, bravely blocking a speculative shot, driving forward and picking out Joe Grey, who in turn slid the ball to goalscorer Mani Dieseruvwe. 8. Callum Cooke: 6
Had a great battle with Dorking's Aaron Kuhl and was a threat all afternoon. While he lacked the killer pass and curled a free-kick well over the bar, his run across the face created space for Mani Dieseruvwe to score the equaliser for the visitors. If this is to be his final game for the club, then it was a decent enough note on which to go out. Kudos, although no extra point, for a nice moment at the end when he handed his shirt to a young fan after he was replaced late on. Photo: FRANK REID
