Hartlepool United inflicted a big blow on Rochdale's National League title hopes after holding them to a goalless draw on Easter Monday.

13. Jay Smith-Sway: 6

An eventful cameo on debut, losing the ball in a dangerous position late on - it has to be said the Huddersfield loanee wasn't helped by Cameron John's pass - but also showing his quality on a couple of occasions. Looked purposeful and energetic. Photo: Hartlepool United Football Club
