Here's what our Hartlepool United writer made of the Pools players during the draw with Dagenham and Redbridge. What do you think of his marks?
9. Joe Grey: 7
Started the game really well and won the Pools penalty after being tripped in the area. His effort was turned in by the unfortunate Paul Kalambayi for the opening goal. Struggled a bit after being asked to operate as a wing-back but worked hard and got up and down the right flank well. Photo: Frank Reid
10. Mani Dieseruvwe: 7
Missed the Pools penalty with a tame spot-kick but led the line superbly in difficult circumstances. Photo: Frank Reid
11. Gary Madine: 6
Started the game brightly but suffered after Pools were reduced to 10 men. Photo: Frank Reid
12. Nicky Featherstone: 5
Was introduced to try and help Pools regain some control but struggled to influence the contest. Photo: Frank Reid
