Our Hartlepool United writer Robbie Stelling has made his latest round of predictions ahead of a huge weekend at both ends of the National League. What do you make of his marks?

9. Hartlepool United 2-1 Halifax Town
Pools will be desperate to bounce back following the bitter disappointment of their midweek defeat to Sutton and Nicky Featherstone's team tend to do well against the better sides in the division. Halifax have only won one of their last eight games - a narrow victory over bottom club Truro - and the Shaymen can ill-afford any more slip-ups if they're to keep themselves in contention in the race for the National League play-off places. 10. Forest Green Rovers 2-2 Aldershot Town
Forest Green ended a run of five matches without a win by beating Gateshead last time out but Robbie Savage's side have been notoriously hit-and-miss since the turn of the year. Aldershot have been in fine form under John Coleman of late, winning six of their last eight games; their only defeat during that impressive run came last time out against league leaders Rochdale. 11. Solihull Moors 2-1 Gateshead
Gateshead have given themselves a fighting chance of avoiding relegation having won three of their last five matches. Solihull, meanwhile, have picked up just two points from the last 15 available and so this one looks to be difficult to call. Solihull will be hoping their fresher legs might make the difference; the Heed have played in each of the last two midweeks, whereas the Moors have sat them both out. Photo: Pete Norton

12. Carlisle United 2-1 Southend United
Carlisle have won three of their last four matches whereas Southend have dropped points in five of their previous eight National League games. The Shrimpers failed to get past bottom club Truro last time out and Pools will certainly be keeping a close eye on what goes on in Cumbria. Photo: Ryan Hiscott
