This is the date when Hartlepool United will return to National League action
Torquay and Stockport, amongst others, released statements on Monday confirming the date - which is subject to FA approval - and added that spectators would be allowed into grounds - albeit at a significantly reduced stadium capacity.
Hartlepool United haven’t played since March when the 2019-20 season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic with the club finishing outside the play-off places on a points-per-game formula.
Players and staff were placed on furlough leave, with a number of staff members also made redundant during lockdown. The squad returned to training last week ahead of the restart of football in the fifth tier.
The home and away season is due to end on Saturday May 29, with the play-offs to follow in June.
The decision was reached at a National League board meeting on Friday.
