Bingo ‘revolution’ coming to Hartlepool social club
A revolutionary bingo night featuring comedy, music, and ‘life-changing’ giveaways is coming to a Hartlepool Social Club.
Following sell out shows in Newcastle, Sunderland, Stockton and Darlington, Bingo Revolution comes to Hartlepool's Corporation Sport and Social Club in Whitby Street, on Saturday, August 10.
It will be hosted by comedian Danny Deegan, who has performed at comedy clubs across the country, and music from top DJ Jim Slip playing a mix of 80's, 90's, 00s from S Club 7 to N-Trance.
They will be assisted by glamorous assistant Granny Fanny who give away goodies and cash prizes and there will also be singing and lip sync battles.
It is one of a number of exciting events the Corporation Club is looking to host in the coming months after it has undergone extensive improvements recently including new ladies toilets.
Bingo Revolution co founder Stephen Hunt said: “The game of bingo has changed over the past five years and has now been seen as more lively event where people end up dancing on benches.
“We see comedy as a natural fit that everyone loves to have a good laugh on a night out and mix that with the great music played by our DJ we feel that we provide a full night of entertainment that can be enjoyed by everyone.
“We fully encourage crowd participation and who doesn't want to win a unicorn.
“The Corporation club's concert room is a perfect space for bingo revolution and we can't wait to play our fun exciting bingo there.”
