Harassment, assaulting police and other recent Hartlepool court cases

The following cases from the Hartlepool area were dealt with recently at Teesside Magistrates’ Court:

Jordan Philip Bailey, 27, of Mitchell Street, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after admitting drug driving on September 4.

John Paul Raper, 58, of Wentworth Grove, Hartlepool, was placed on a restraining order and a community order and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting committing harassment between April 9-10.

Manuel Helmuth Rosin, 31, of Denbigh Road, Billingham, was banned from driving for 24 months, placed on a community order and ordered to pay an £80 fine, £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on September 22.

Christopher Gray, 31, whose address was listed in court as Forsdyke Road, Hartlepool, was ordered to complete 120 of unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay £100 compensation and £200 costs after admitting assault and assaulting a police officer on June 22.

Martin Ashley, 47, of Throston Grange Lane, Hartlepool, was placed on a community order and ordered to pay £300 compensation and £160 costs after admitting assaulting three females on October 26.

Alan Paul Bradley, 33, of Rievaulx Avenue, Billingham, was banned from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay a £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drug driving on October 18.

James George Myers, 24, of Raby Road, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay a £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting two counts of drug driving on September 18.
