Harassment, driving while using a hand-held phone and other Hartlepool court cases

David Fitzgerald, 53, of Galleys Field Court, Hartlepool, received six penalty points on his licence and was ordered to pay a £40 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £110 prosecution costs after admitting driving without insurance on January 5.

Luke Stuart Harvey, 21, of Eaglesfield Road, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay a £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £110 costs after admitting driving without insurance, without a valid licence and refusing to stop for a police officer on January 14.

Michael Lindo, 50, of Shadforth Drive, Billingham, received six penalty points and was ordered to pay a £66 fine, £32 victim surcharge and £110 costs after admitting driving while using a hand-held mobile phone and without a valid licence on November 30, 2019.

Mark Spiller, 42, of Mainsforth Drive, Billingham, received six penalty points on his licence and was ordered to pay an £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £40 costs after admitting failing to identify the driver of a vehicle when required to do so between September 11 last year and January 14.

Victor Antony Tumilty, 56, of Lanark Road, Hartlepool, received six penalty points on his driving licence and was ordered to pay an £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £40 costs after admitting failing to identify the driver of a vehicle when required to do so on December 17.

Sean Gareth Shaw, 46, of Wasdale Drive, Hartlepool, received six penalty points on his driving licence and was ordered to pay an £120 fine, £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting driving without insurance on March 30 last year.

Patricia Winspear, 21, of Elliott Street, Hartlepool, was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting causing harassment between July 20-August 3.
