Hartlepool teen charged over Sports Domes stabbing to appear before crown court judge

A teenager has appeared in court in connection with an alleged stabbing near the Sports Domes at Seaton Carew.

Declan Kelly, aged 18, is charged with wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent on a 16-year-old boy on Friday, February 14, this year.

The offence can only be dealt with at the crown court and the case was committed to Teesside Crown Court on Friday, October 2.

No plea has been formally entered at this stage.

Kelly, of Freemantle Grove, Hartlepool, was grated unconditional bail.
