Police believe man wanted as part of indecent exposure case is in Hartlepool

Cleveland Police want to speak to Daniel Higgins, also known as Ashley Harrison, who is believed to be in Hartlepool.

The 28-year-old is thought to be in the town and officers would like to speak to him as part of their investigation into a reported indecent exposure.

Higgins/Harrison has a large neck tattoo and is described as white, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is around 6 feet tall.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 101, quoting reference SE19059404.
